DIRECTIONS FOR COOKING

- Heat water to boiling (use 400 ml water per serving of 125 g Poundo Potato flakes).
- Pour in Poundo Potato flakes while stirring gently.
- For your desired dough thickness, add more flakes or water and mix further.
- Turn down heat and stir for 3-4 minutes till right dough consistency is attained.
